Experienced business leader and managing director with 23 years in construction, Grahame Pettit is responsible for all aspects of running an autonomous profitable construction business. The role encompasses sales, marketing, estimating, production, commercial, health and safety and accounts. Grahame is a major shareholder.

Kevin Lendon, Director & Company Secretary

Kevin is responsible for the safe production of all construction projects from pre-tender stage and negotiations to contract awards, building work and completion. An avid admirer of the “Re-Thinking Construction” initiatives, Kevin intends to build and retain a core client base for return and repeat business throughout his career. He is also a major shareholder.

Matthew Lawrence, Investment Partner

Matthew launched his very first business at the age of 22. His direct business experience has not only spanned construction but a broad range of sectors including aviation, electronics manufacturing, direct mail and property development. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is a major shareholder. He has added Amiri Construction to his portfolio of extremely well financed businesses.
