The Amiri Construction ethos revolves around total commitment to providing the very best in construction quality and to deliver projects on time within the client’s financial expectations. To manage this process, Amiri has developed its COMPANY MANAGEMENT PROCEDURES MANUAL to include a series of controls and procedures. These have been developed over many years to ensure the key elements of any building contract are continuously reviewed to manage risk, cost, time, safety and quality.

The main aim of the Quality System is to ensure that all concerned, work to an established, documented process which Management has set in place to ensure the continued performance and continual improvement of the Company.

Amiri recognises that the disciplines of the Management System, Health and Safety and Environmental Management are an integral part of its management function.

The company views these as a primary responsibility and the key to good business in adopting appropriate standards.

The company policy calls for continuous improvement in its System Management activities to enable it to maintain the standards set by ISO 9001-2000 and to achieve this, the company’s business will be conducted according to the following principles:-

  • Train and develop staff in the needs and responsibilities of the Management System.
