Amiri house Brighton students

Amiri’s success continues with the award of a £2.8m student accommodation project at Ovingdean College in Brighton. This will include two new single storey buildings each housing 4 suites, a 2/3 storey extension housing 40 suites, alteration/refurbishment within the existing building to house a further 14 suites and the associated external works. The project is being accredited to the standards required by BREEAM Excellent.
Amiri precision wins Mitutoyo.

Amiri are delighted to announce that Amiri has been awarded a £560k Warehouse extension contract for Mitutoyo in Andover. The project will commence in the next few weeks and is due to be completed by Christmas 2013. Mitutoyo is the world's leading manufacturer of precision measuring equipment with high profile clients such as Rolls-Royce, Jaguar and BMW who use the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) software to check high precision machined parts such as turbine blades against specifications throughout each phase of the manufacturing process.

PM opens Prysmian HV Lab

The Amiri Construction built new High Voltage Laboratory at Prysmian Cables in Bishopstoke, Eastleigh was recently officially opened by Prime Minister David Cameron. The complex project to raise the roof of an existing building, immediately under a flight path, in the middle of a very busy and congested site, was deemed a particular success by the client.
Return to Lord Wandsworth

We are very pleased to return to Lord Wandsworth College in March to start work on a new two-part project. The first is a £527k complete roof replacement of the Hazelveare & Summerfield building; the second element will see the Hyde Farm building completely transformed to create 3 brand new staff flats. This £350k conversion will run in conjunction with the roof replacement project over a 24 week period.
