125 London Road, Newbury

A derelict petrol station and a temporary car wash were decommissioned and removed to make way for this scheme on the junction of one of the busiest roads in Newbury.

The design & construction of a new steel framed building provided 4 retail units which, due to the excellent location, let extremely quickly and put pressure onto our programme to complete swiftly.
