Auckland Road, Millbrook

One of a number of projects for this client, Brookside Phase 1 involved the refurbishment and alterations of a tired existing building to provide nine office units. Excellent contemporary design using cedar boarding and curtain walling saw provides a real visual impact on this busy road.

The project was a fast track procurement method using Amiri’s unique cost management system. This allowed transparency for the client, very quick reporting of all activities, swift decision making and efficient progress on site.
