Bank House, Tonbridge

Bank House was owned by an investment client and had fallen vacant but needed refurbishment and upgrading before offering it back to the market.

Amiri Construction undertook complete refurbishment of the four storey office building including installation of comfort cooling, dado trunking for power and IT installation, suspended ceilings, flooring and external repairs.

We were also delighted to be able to find a purchaser for the building in it’s new state and facilitate it’s sale.
