Century House, Banstead

Century House was the first project carried out for the client and used of Amiri Constructions skills to ensure successful delivery.

The project involved the extending and altering the existing building upwards over a ground floor Tesco retail store that had to remain operational at all times. This added the complication of having to move air conditioning units and other roof mounted plant that served the store as well as all the usual problems associated with working in this sort of site. Materials handling and storage and the careful Health and Safety planning all ensured that we not only delivered an excellent project but that we had happy neighbours and the retail units remained unaffected throughout.
