Bedford Road, Petersfield

Bedford Road in Petersfield is a prime commercial and industrial centre with fantastic road and rail links. For this reason a new project on this site is always high profile and needs sensitive architectural treatment and good construction detailing as it becomes a “shop window”, under scrutiny from many prospective occupiers as well as potential clients who pass by in trains and cars each day.

The scheme was a simple but effective traditional steel frame, metal clad building to provide several light industrial units.
