Amiri Construction are delighted to have worked with national developer SEGRO (formerly Slough Estates) to help them achieve their goal of offering the most flexible industrial space that they can.

Using our off-site manufactured toilet pods SEGRO were able to offer an almost infinite range of business space at Feltham Business Park. Once terms had been agreed with a tenant all that was required was for the main contractor to build party walls to be built in the right place and order the requisite number and type of pods for Amiri Construction to supply and install.

High quality and easy installation have proven popular and we have carried out a number of phases on this scheme and others for SEGRO.
