Auburn and Sienna was a modern, exclusive development of two luxury houses for this highly respected local residential developer.

With a rendered finish to much of the elevations of the building there was a keenness to try out the quick, dry and environmentally sustainable Insulated Concrete Formwork solution for the walls, essentially an
expanded polystyrene hollow block that is then filled with concrete. This enabled rapid progress and provided a surface ready to receive the render and other finishes.
