Ensign Way, Hamble

Amiri Construction designed and built nine hi-tech office and industrial units on this last remaining site in Ensign Way.

Having a history that included aviation and petro-chemical works on the site extensive ground preparation and remedial works were required and the costs for removal of contaminants were proving prohibitive to the overall development. The Amiri supply chain were quick to identify a ground improvement solution in use at Ash Vale as potentially suitable, this proved the case and the cost and programme savings allowed the project to proceed.

The project was immediately adjacent to a residential area and careful management of activities and communication with neighbours ensured good progress with no incidents or problems.
