Having successfully refurbished a tired industrial unit for the Store Property Group and seen it let very quickly, we were delighted to receive a call to come an negotiate the fit out for the new tennant, one of the leading manufacturers of food condiments. This was a 15 week fast track fit out providing clean rooms and a temperature and humidity controlled environment for the safe and efficient manufacturing of condiments under the Gordons Fine Foods banner. Specialist sub contractors have been needed for the sold store, materials storage and handling elemets of the scheme.
