Responsibility

Andrew is responsible for the procurement of all work from marketing stage through to receipt of order.

In many instances, for example D&B and partnering projects, he will remain involved beyond this point, in order to facilitate smooth progression between pre and post construction.

Experience

Andrew has worked in a pre-contract capacity within contracting in Northern Ireland, London and southern England for more than twenty years.

He has comprehensive experience of procuring a wide-ranging nature and extent of work, through various combinations of traditional/D&B and tendering/partnering/negotiation.

He consistently applies his skills to great effect throughout the tender process but when afforded the opportunity to be involved in a project earlier than traditional tendering would allow, the results often benefit the client by reducing the contract cost.

Personal

Andrew lives in Otterbourne with his wife and two daughters.

Andy is a keen sportsman with interests in most sports but preferably playing golf and veterans football and watching anything!
