Cliff is an accomplished project manager and is responsible for the management and control of the onsite building works from start to finish. He is also responsible for the compliance with specification, chasing management and design support, programme and procurement.
He also manages the Health & Safety Plan and File, organising and controlling subcontractors and liaising and reporting with the Clients.
Cliff is an honest, open and self motivated construction project manager. He is a team player with a keen sense of humour and general knowledge. His ability to understand clients requirements and deliver to their satisfaction is excellent.
Cliff possesses good communication and computer skills. His man management and interpersonal skills are strong and he has the ability to get on with people at all levels.
Cliff is able to call on an extensive range of experience from practical hands on skills, drawing office practices and land surveying through to financial and management skills and controls. He also has a good knowledge of both mechanical and electrical services and structures.
Cliff has many successful projects in his portfolio including the delivery of a multi-phased £2.0m retail and residential scheme in central Petersfield and is currently working with the Elizabeth Foundation on the Queen Alexandra Hospital campus in Portsmouth to deliver a very tricky first floor extension to their school for deaf, pre-school aged children.
Cliff lives with his partner in Hedge End, Southampton. He enjoys golf (poorly) and rebuilding and riding classic motorcycles.
