Responsibility

Dave is responsible for the overall commercial management of the projects and is committed to maintaining budgets and concluding accounts promptly with no surprises.

Experience

Dave has over 20 years experience in quantity surveying and has worked on a wide range of projects, including healthcare, residential, educational and commercial.

Dave is the original Amiri Construction quantity surveyor and has, as a result, worked on many of the projects. Most recently with English Developments at Ensign Way, Hamble and Shepherds Lane, Compton and his style has been much praised for his up to date cost management and accurate forecasting.

His open book style of cost control is respected by the employers agent and his willingness to work to key dates and offer prompt costing for change proposals.

Dave doesn’t spring any surprises on his account management and has a strong personality to tell people as it is!

He is a great follower of the Amiri Culture of Managing the works looking Forward (procurement) rather than historic Management (Measuring old accounts).

Personal

Dave lives in Hedge End with his wife and three children. In his limited spare time he enjoys running and watching football and cricket.
