Kevin Lendon

Responsibility

Kevin is responsible for the safe production of all construction projects to ensure completion on time, to the quality standards expected and defect free.

Control and execution of all production issues from pre tender stage, through negotiations and awards, construction works to completion and end of defects.

Kevin is a shareholder and original member of the Amiri Construction Team.

Experience

His career started with a technical apprenticeship, which led to a site engineering role. Rapidly progressing to site management where valuable experience was gained on both multi million pound schemes and special project works. Contracts included multi storey R.C framed office blocks, chemical and clean room facilities, major factory and production works, commercial development schemes, associated civil works as well as the traditional construction projects for schools, leisure and industrial works.

The natural progression into Contracts Management was followed by becoming a Construction Director in 1990.

Kevin has continued to lead successful construction businesses through his career and remains highly motivated and excited regarding the potential of the Amiri business.

With his continued development and training, Kevin is able to confidently offer the Amiri client and professional teams his experience and knowledge to ensure expectations are achieved.

Extensive Design & Build experience, together with a dedicated teamwork ethic and approach are key factors in Kevin’s success. He is keen to ensure that others can be trained and developed to offer the industry professional contractor management. An avid admirer of the “Re-Thinking Construction” initiatives, Kevin intends to build and retain a core client base for return and repeat business throughout his career.

Kevin led a successful, award winning M4i demonstration project in 2002.

Personal

Kevin lives with his wife in West End, Southampton and has four children.
