Senior Contracts Manager

Responsibility

Mike is responsible for organization and co-ordination of site resources to ensure the completion of projects within agreed time, budget and quality criteria.

Mike’s personal standards are such that customer service, quality, safety, cost and value are of the highest importance. He is a leader and team builder whose management style supports and encourages forward thinking. He likes to maintain a close eye on production to recognise and find solutions to any early arising issues. He is very much a “hands on” Contracts Manager.

Experience

A highly motivated manager with experience in on site operations, who performs under pressure and is adaptable, enthusiastic, practical and sociable.

Mike has experience at a range of building project types, which include Education, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure and Residential. The values of projects undertaken by Neil include jobs to £6m and include the fast-track delivery of a £3m school extension.

Since joining the team at Amiri Construction Mike has led the design & construction of a £2.8m residential scheme on a very complex site in Poole, Dorset and overseen the delivery of two luxury houses in Canford Cliffs. His keen eye for detail and excellent planning skills allow him to manage and co-ordinate professional and contractor teams with authority and respect.

Personal

Mike is married and lives in Alton with his wife and two children. He enjoys watching motor racing and spending time refurbishing dilapidated French property.
