Neil is responsible for organization and co-ordination of site resources to ensure the completion of projects within agreed time, budget and quality criteria.
He acts as a leader and focal point of the Client, Professional and Sub Contract Management Team.
A highly motivated manager with experience in on site operations, who performs under pressure and is adaptable, enthusiastic, practical and sociable.
Neil has experience at a range of building project types, which include Education, Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Residential. The values of projects undertaken by Neil include jobs to £7m and clients include Hampshire County Council, Mark & Spencers and Pegasus Retirement Living and the Leonard Cheshire Disability.
Neil has led the design & construction team with the build of a environmentally friendly care facility in Alton for Hampshire County Council and the recently completed £2.0m “prototype” High Dependency Care Unit for Leonard Cheshire in Romsey.
With continuing CPD, Neil has been able to keep in touch with latest regulations and environmental requirements.
His keen eye for detail and excellent planning skills allow him to manage and co-ordinate professional and contractor teams with authority and respect.
Neil is married and lives in Chichester with his wife and two young children. He enjoys sailing and watching motor racing.
