Senior Site Manager

Responsibility

Tony is an accomplished Site Manager and is responsible for the management and control of the onsite building works from start to finish. He is also responsible for the compliance with specification, chasing management and design support, programme and procurement.,/

He also manages the Health & Safety Plan and File, organising and controlling subcontractors and liaising and reporting with the Clients.

Experience

Tony is an honest, open and self motivated construction project manager. He is a team player with a keen sense of humour and general knowledge. His ability to understand clients requirements and deliver to their satisfaction is excellent.

Tony is a former tradesman and his understanding of both specific trade requirements as well as his general construction knowledge mean that he is able to communicate with and coordinate the trades on site effectively and efficiently.

Tony joined the Amiri Construction in 2006 and has successfully delivered a number of projects, generally to a standard that has led to repeat work and requests from client teams that he remain with them! This includes a number of phases of work converting old leisure and retail units at Arundel Street, Portsmouth ready for occupation by new tenants. He has also completed two difficult schemes at the University of Chichester, the first floor extension to provide Music Practice Rooms and then the DDA works and provision of a new lecture theatre and lift in existing buildings. He is currently on site at the Tangmere Medical Centre where he will oversee the building of a new Primary Care Centre.
